As CEO and founder of Bensco, LLC, Ben Zion Suky has established a prestigious firm that focuses on investment, acquisition, and development of real estate. His company specializes in commercial properties, housing, dual-purpose assets, and major financing arrangements. Starting with only his passion and dedication, Suky developed his expertise in investing, real estate, and financing across New York and Miami over the past 20 years.
BACKGROUND
Having spent most of his adolescence in Israel, Ben Zion discovered his work ethic after visiting America and staying with a family member who operated various New York business. He was grateful to observe a successful business in action, promising himself he would return to the States.
At 16, Suky left his childhood behind with the goal of moving to the United States and joining his family's business to learn and acquire as many skills as possible. As the business grew, he took on significant responsibilities in operations and management before even being able to drive.
Ben Zion's success by the early 2000s prompted him to establish his independent venture, moving away from the family enterprise. He began evaluating and acquiring condominiums, apartments, multi-family and mixed-use properties, while also collaborating on various corporate housing initiatives.
COMPANY DEVELOPMENT
In 2009, Suky established Bensco, his real estate and financing company, which has since managed the operation, development, and acquisition of numerous valuable properties. Over the years, Bensco has been involved in managing and structuring transactions worth billions of dollars. The company focuses on condominiums and mixed-use and multi-family properties throughout New York and Miami.
Ben Zion has been navigating complex financial structures and completing major financial agreements since the early days of his professional career. His collaborations include prestigious firms like CBRE, JLL, Newmark, Madison Realty Capital, Carlyle Group, and many others, working together on large-scale, high-value real estate and financing transactions.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Ben Zion Suky contributes to numerous charitable organizations locally in New York and internationally. His support extends to the IAC (Israeli-American Council), which advocates for Israel and works to connect Israeli-American Jewish communities.
He also supports BeLev Echad, an organization helping injured Israeli soldiers, Hatzalah (the Jewish emergency medical service with global reach), and numerous other local and international groups.
